- 10 credits to start, then 5 more every day you use Sotto. Today's 5 are for today: they don't pile up. They reset at midnight UTC. One free allowance per computer.

Do I need a card to start?
No. A new account starts with 10 free credits, then gets 5 more every day you use Sotto, on Fast and Standard, with no card. Today's 5 are for today: they don't pile up.
Where do I buy credits?

What does Smart need?
A credit pack, from $10. Smart is available while you have credits from a pack; an answer on Smart costs 3 credits and a screen analysis 5. Free and invite credits work on Fast and Standard.
How many credits does an answer use?
An answer on Fast or Standard uses 1 credit and a screen analysis 2. A very long session can use more, because it costs more to answer: you see what each answer used. Once Sotto has started answering, stopping it or asking something new still uses its credits. If an answer fails on our side, the credits come back.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, for the part you haven’t used. The refund policy has the details.
