The small print that matters
- Free credits reset every day at midnight UTC and don’t carry over. One free allowance per Mac.
- Paid credits last 12 months from purchase and work on every tier.
- Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days. See the refund policy.
- Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller, who also handles VAT and invoices.
Questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. Every Mac gets 10 free credits a day on Fast and Standard, with no card.
Where do I buy credits?
Inside Sotto: Settings → Account → Buy credits, so they land in the right account. How buying works.
What does Smart need?
A credit pack. Smart is available while you have credits from a pack; an answer on Smart costs 3 credits and a screen analysis 5.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, for the part you haven’t used. The refund policy has the details.
